GPS Logbook
Device Not Compatible to SA

I bought the the GPS Log Book this week. I was delivered today and after downloading the software, it complains that my device is not compatible with South Africa. I have emailed them this morning and a couple of hours ago. No response. Their telephone line is closed down. Is this a scam??
