I booked a bus from Durban to Johannesburg for four people, the bus was supposed to leave at 20:00. when we got to the bus stop the bus was full and the bus driver was very rude. i asked him what was i suppose t do, he responded by screaming at the top of his lungs and told me to wait for the 21:00 bus and they will try to squeeze us in or he will simply have to ask the other 3 passengers to sit on the door steps so we can be accommodated because he doesn't sell ticket and therefore not responsible for this mess. i don't understand why they booked so many people on one bus yet they know very well that they dont have capacity to accommodate them all. this was a very bad and embarrassing experience and dont see my self or any member of my family boarding Eldos Coached ever.
