On friday, 31st Jan, my Samsung S4 suddenly got stuck in reboot mode. On Saturday i took the phone into Samsung Riverhorse Valley for an assessment where I was told the main board was faulty and that i could expect the phone back during the week after the mainboard had been replaced. On sunday morning I received a call to say that the phone was ready. In less than 24 hours my phone was fixed. Thank you to the staff at Samsung for such great, efficient service. Although i lost all my data, my phone is working perfectly. Continue the great service!
