I got my Samsung S4 in June. The Phone has been Faulty ever since I got it. I took it to the Samsung Repair Centre in Roodepoort, Where they replaced the Motherboard. When I got the phone back it was doing exactly what I sent it in for. Kept losing signal and over heating on the back of the phone, and the top speaker was distorting and could not hear properly. The phone would also just switch off on its own. I took the phone back and they replaced the Motherboard again and a PCP board. I got the phone back the same afternoon and as I got home and loaded everything back onto the phone, the thing was doing exactly the same thing. They then said they would request a new phone from Samsung Head office, which took just over 3 weeks. The phone arrives today and its the wrong colour. The attitude I received is that it was my fault and I must take the colour or leave it.

Im Appalled at the level of service I have received from Samsung and very disappointed that I have paid so much money for a phone that is constantly in the repair shop. I have lost all faith in this Brand and this will be the last Samsung product I will be purchasing.
