Samsung S4 not working properly

I got a Samsung S4 in August 2013 with the expectation that it would be a great phone as an Apple user I would have like to give Samsung a fare chance to show what the phone can do, Well it has been an absolute disappointment from the word go I took it to the samsung service center at Nandi drive and they where very helpfull but the phone is still not working and I have now got a bill for R 4767 as a result of some application called vodaphone live!!! I do not want that phone and if it can not be replaced then I dont want it repaired, I will simply just go buy a Apple I5 so that I do not have any more problems like this in future!!!
