Big mistake!!

Electronics and household app.

Against the recommendations of a colleague of mine, I bought a LG 55" LED Smart TV in July 2013. Beginning of December last year, it broke, died. I logged a call with the LG Support Center and after numerous calls the issue was eventually resolved on the 13th of January 2014.

On the 25th of January 2014 my TV broke again!! I logged another call the same day and followed up every second day by calling the LG Support Center and everytime they had different excuse why the issue hasn't been attended to yet. It is more than a week later and my TV is still faulty. Like said, I should have listened to my colleague and bought Samsung.
