Paid an arm and a leg only to be short changed

I bought a DSTV PVR a couple years ago, to upgrade to the PVR I needed to upgrade my current setup with my dish, I was given Siyatronics business card and called them to come out. They were quick and efficient, or so it seemed... a couple years later I bought the new explora for capacity reasons. I was then required to have someone come out and check the setup to make sure all is good, unfortunately it wasn't. The guys from Siyatronics didn't pull the cables as requested and I had to fork out more money to rectify the issue, the best of it is I called Siyatronocs to advise them of the issue, Brian, sent a guy out and he confirmed it was done incorrectly, he then told me Brian would call me back, ja right!!! I have been chasing Brian down for the last two weeks and its always a promise to call me back... I am truly disappointed in the service the guys gave me, cost me another R1000 to rectify Siyatronics mess and they wont even acknowledge it...
