S4 Swollen battery damaging screen

I have been experiencing problems with my S4 battery. The phone constantly switches on & off stating battery low however when plugging onto charge the battery shows its at 80%.

After confirming that there were issues with certain batches of S4 batteries I then contacted Samsung to advise of the problem 13/01/2014 still haven't received any response on how to proceed with the replacement.

I have now noticed that because of the faulty battery it started swelling & is now pushing the screen forward. This entire battery issue has become frustrating. I would like to know is Samsung going to look into this because I'm not happy about it.
