Terrible Customer Service

Electronics and household app.

I own quite a few Samsung Appliances, 1 of them is a Fridge i purchased approx 1 year ago, On Saturday Eve the 4th January the fridge stopped working, My wife contacted Samsung on Sunday morning to report same, she was told that no one was available and that some one would contact her the next day (Monday 6th) in order to make arrangements to come and repair the fridge, needless to say no one contacted her on Monday and she again called Samsung who said that it was on there system and somebody would get in touch with her. After no one got in touch she contacted Samsung again today (Tuesday 7th) when she got through she was told by the lady on the phone that her request wasnt even on there system, please can somebody explain to me how a company like Samsung has such bad customer service, i have approx R2000 with of food that has gone off, the fridge is smelling and we are stuck waiting for a technician that never seems to pitch. it really shouldnt be such an uphill battle to get customer service on an appliance that is only a year old < please can somebody do something about this my Refrence no is 414 385 4490 under Bianca Conway EXTREMELY URGENT!!!
