I was intrigued by the mixed reports for this company. Their product range appeals to me.

I had placed an order some time back. One item was not available in my selected colour, and another was not available at all. Received a prompt phone call to inform me, made the changes over the phone, and the delivery was prompt. Refund for the out-of-stock item was made without any fuss.

On another occasion I wanted to buy a more expensive product as a gift. I called their 086 number to confirm availability and delivery time. Item was not available, which they confirmed quite quickly.

I will order from them again.
