A big well done to Samsung for employing such helpful staff. Recently i was having a problem with my Samsung S4 Battery and was getting no grief from Nashua Mobile where i had taken a contract for the phone. After many frustrating days of getting nowhere with Nashua one of your roaming sales reps came to my rescue. Rushir Ramdial went the extra mile to help me out in getting my battery replaced as the repair agents were off the map for me, Rushir took my battery and got it replaced for me with 2 days. Thanks to Rushir i can enjoy life with my life companion-My S4. Thank You Rushir for going the extra mile, Samsung has done good employing a roaming sales rep like you. Keep up the good work
