Over a month ago I went goggle shopping for my daughter. We spent about an hour fitting goggles and finally happened upon a pair of Cressi's that were a perfect fit and 100% suitable to our needs. Except for the fact that the product was a return and somewhat damaged. Marius told me the range has been discontinued. He made a few calls and said Alberton branch had a pair in stock. I requested that the item been transferred to Boksburg store. He said it would take three weeks. Happy with that, I left the store. He then walked off and I had to stop him to prompt him to take my details, which he did, on a piece of paper
Three and a half weeks went by and I returned to the store. I approached Marius and asked him if they have arrived yet. He shook his head. I then had to prompt him to go and follow up. He told me the item has been couriered but there is no tracking nr.
I then approached the manager, Grant. He confirmed the following: it does not ever take longer than a week for stock to be transported. Grant said he will get back to us. Three hours later Marius called and said the goggles were never couriered and have since been sold. Seriously?
