Faulty T.V. panel

I purchased a sony bravia t.v. from game stores trade route mall in lenasia in 2010. the t.v. model klv-46v550a serial number - 1791202. The t.v. panel was faulty and i called sony to have the unit repaired. they then referred me to their repair agency which is community electronics in germiston. The t.v. was picked up on the 11/10/2012 and since then i make it a point to call the repair agent but get no joy. I even agreed to pay the repair costs to the t.v.
I resorted to calling on Sony themselves and have received approximately two calls and spoke to Tony Gardelia who did not come back to me.

The t.v. is now I'm not sure with who but away for four months which to me is totally unacceptable, between Sony and the repair agency one blames the other.

All i want is to know if this is how Sony and their repair agents deal and treat their customers.

I am pleading my case here because i think it is way too long for a panel to be replaced for a branded Sony Bravia t.v. Hoping to get some joy from this.
