WILL NOT ACCEPT A DAMAGED PHONE!!!

On Saturday 11 January 2014 at 11:30 after being pushed around from person to person who could not assist, I handed in my phone to be flushed at customer service and I was told it would take a MAXIMUM of 3hours, I agreed to this and handed in the phone. The lady was unprofessional and very rude.

4 hours later, I had to call in to check in if the handset was ready as I had not received any call. This had caused me a lot of inconvenience as the handset was not ready and there wasn't a person who knew what I was referring to. 24 hours later I get call saying the phone is ready. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable of the kind of service that has been rendered. Thus far I have yet to experience customer service satisfaction and service quality.

My brother had collected the handset earlier this morning and dropped it of at my workplace and I see the phone is damaged. I have been trying to get hold of someone who can help and again there is no one to help!! I WILL NOT ACCEPT A DAMAGED PHONE!!! I am puzzled that in today's day and age where customers really are the heart of the business that we are seen as an irritation rather than a consumer of your products.
