Today I had to take my phone back as we could not remember the password that was inserted.

Zealdean assisted in the morning and requested addition information from her colleague Kassim.

I left the phone with them and picked it up shortly after two.
Zeldean knew where my phone was, once she brought it to the counter, immediately explained what they did, and that they still had the back they made on 12/12/2013 on record and they re-loaded the data on my.

Keep om doing what you do, it impressed me.

I don't know what quick fix you implemented wit h the staff, but it works!

Between Zeldean, Kassim and Thevashen @ Samsung Clearwater Mall lower shop, u should be used as brand ambassadors for Samsung.

If you carry on like this, I might consider to retain my other Samsung items at home.
