Samsung Galaxy phone randomly loses connection

Electronics and household app.

My wife bought a Samsung Galaxy S5301 earlier this year when her previous phone got in Durban
Since then her new phone randomly calls people and constantly loses network connection and won't pick it up.
Her SIM works perfectly in 2 different Nokia phones without any issues
Yesterday (Chrismas day) she could not call anyone until she took her sim out of the Samsung phone and put it in 4 year old Nokia I keep in the car
The Samsung Galaxy shop in Clearwater has sent it in twice now and the problem has not been resolved.
She tried to take it back today and was told that they can not send it in today she must come back again tomorrow and Today the manager at the shop was once again wanting to give her the run around

From the start they have given her the run around saying things like "No there is newer model for that one out" to explain why the phone does not work properly

Very Bad service here Samsung as you can Imagine my wife is not keen on getting a Samsung S4 mini (which I wanted her to get on contract April next year) now because of Samsung's incredibly bad service.

Please get your staff to handle issues properly and not just pass the buck because it is a small model
