Worst service from samsung

Electronics and household app.

My s3 is only one year old and has issues charging, i took it to Samsung store in Brooklyn mall to fix (09/11/2013), after giving in my phone I has received no feedback from the store. In the two weeks that passed i had to phone the store myself, the first two times Pumla answers and says she hasn't heard anything about my phone, The third time she puts me through to Ken, who gets Damien to finally email me a quote for service. I reject the quote and ask for my phone back. Ken informs me that my phone will be back at the store on Wed 27/11/13, I inform him i will be there on Sat. I finish work early on Friday and go to the store to hear they don't have my phone due to a break in at Samsung. On Monday 02/12/2013 Kens phones to tell me that my phone is there to come and fetch it. Ken says he cannot deliver or courier the phone to me when i asked. I cannot take time off work to fetch a phone Samsung could not deliver due their problems. Samsung has had my phone from the 09/11/2013 until today, almost an entire month, i have gotten nothing but the worst service from them, and on top of that i must still pay R200 for quote rejection! TERRIBLE!
