Samsung After Service is the Worst!!

Electronics and household app.

I hate doing this samsung, but you have really pushed me. I bought a samsung gt-b5330 from samsung clearwater mall on the 23/08/2013 17:43. I needed a phone, a smart phone, entry level to just use for internet, email and social media and normal phone use.
It was giving problems like battery and self premature termination. I decided to take it back to them, they referred me to the repair centrer in Constantia. When i got there on the 03/11/2013 (JOB: SA78933), but the line was the longest to bear. It didn't hit me at first, but i realised that samsung must really have problems with their phones.
Cut the long story short, left it there, i have had no feedback from the center, i constantly had to call, and they would use their famous words: "we are still working on it" till i got head office involved, they told me they were waiting on parts and that they had received them on the 23rd of November, today is now the 29th of November and still no word. I am so frustrated, i don't have a proper phone. i really, really want to just call them and tell them, i am no longer interested in that phone and get another brand instead...
