On Wednesday the 23rd of October, I took my Samsung S4 in for repairs to the Samsung Service Center in Century City, Cape Town and was assisted by Ashleigh Ely. They logged the problem that I was experiencing and then advised that it will take 2 - 3 days for the parts need for repairs to arrive. It has been more than a 14 days now and counting. On Monday, I phoned Ashleigh Ely to inquire about the progress, she then said that they are awaiting parts (A screen and a new Battery) and would get back to me. I asked when I could expect the parts to arrive, she said she cannot say but will phone me back. Its has been 6 day and still no phone call. I emailed her again yesterday and have had no reply. This is really the last product I ever get from Samsung, because Samsung cannot deliver as promised. I was one of Samsung's biggest fans, but the way this repair has been handled is pathetic and I'll think twice about buying another Samsung Product.
