WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED

Electronics and household app.

My laptop was dropped off on 18/12/13 to be repaired. On 27/12/13 I phoned them to find out the progress and was told that they only received the machine on the 23rd therefore nothing had been done. Then when I phoned back on 30/12/13 they said that they only received the computer on 24/12/13 and getting various stories from people within the service centre and no-one phoned me to advise me I had to always contact them and scream and shout before I got a feeble excuse and no answers. On 24/12/13 the manager eventually phoned me back and advised that they could not find my machine and were trying to locate it! On 26 & 27/12/13 I phoned them and they advised that they would get back to me, no surprise, no-one did! On 30/12/13 one of the iStore employees from the Pavilion phoned me and advised that a technician was working on it. Today I phoned again, after waiting once again for a few more days, they advised that the technician was still busy with it and they could not give a timeframe on repairs. Eventually one of the supervisors phoned me and advised that they would only now sending a quote. The machine has still not been touched after 15 days!!!
