I bought my dishwasher from Game Tzaneen on 2 Dec 2012 and used it mostly over weekends. On 5 June 2013 I phoned Game to report that machine is not working and was told to leave my details. A male phoned me (very good response) and I asked what the procedure is. I was told to bring machine and slip to the store. I arranged a bakkie to collect machine at my home (we are staying on a farm 25km out of town). I was at the store on 8 June at 08H50 and waited for the store to open. I was referred to the sales people at that Dpt. A certain Solly assisted me and I was told that they do not take the machine. He only needs my slip and details - a technician will come to my home to repair machine. I was very upset as I went to a lot of trouble to get the machine to the store and had to take it back home again. I feel this is unfair and unacceptable - I phoned and enquired about the correct procedure and was wrongly advised. This created a problem as I still had to go to town with my dishwasher on the back of an open bakkie. Apart from this inconvenience - how long am I going to wait for the technician? I only had it for 6 months - aren't they supposed to replace it?
