I've brought my LG microwave into Xecutronix Service Center in Modderfontein for what should be the 3rd or 4th time for repairs and every time I call or come in, the manager is never available to sort anything out which the personnel almost never are able to be helpful enough. He's either away or in a meeting, and its frustrating since I take out time to come get help which we unable to get when calling in to the service center and I'm unable to put my grievance forward. I was told on my last repair, which I wasn't completely satisfied that I will get an additional 3 months warranty and was called yesterday to say that its out of warranty. When I told the person that called me that its less than 3 months (which they could have easily seen on the system because of the record kept), I was told that I should come in with my reciept. When I took off time from work and went there, I was told that it was repaired for something else, and I couldn't talk to the manager because he was in a meeting. I made arrangements to come in late to work to sort something out and because the manager is never available, I can't ever get anywhere with my problem. I am really disappointed.
