Abrupt consultant and poor service

I receive a call from JM Attorneys. Firstly the consultant was not clear as to what his name was and secondly upon the time of call I notified that I was unable to speak and requested to be called after 5pm or at a later time when I am out of working hours especially when being in a meeting at work and unable to talk at the time. He strongly advised me that he will just continue to proceed with a greater penalty and take further action when I merely was unable to take his call or talk to him. What sort of service is that and yes even if a judgment was passed against my name I still don't agree to the fact that after I have mentioned that I was unable to speak, the consultant merely slammed the phone down / hanged up on me. I do not recall being rude in any manner of fashion towards the consultant but seriously am stirred by the abruptness.
