Refusal of refund

I ordered and paid for a bluetooth keyboard, which was delivered to me. I tested it and it was of absolute rubbish quality. I immediately phoned Jacques to ask to have it refunded, and he said that it was ok, he would refund me.

I found their "offices" eventually, and gave them back the device. Which is in an apartment block: Unit 12, Geramonhof, Amsterdam Road, Parrow. The lady there (Bianca) accepted the return, but wouldn't give me a return receipt, and didn't have cash to give me the money back. PS This was on the same day of purchase

2 weeks later, I have still not received my money back, Only empty promises of "I will deposit the money today".

Rather buy from a reputable store than these guys.
