Dear iGear,
Your service is terrible.
I placed my order on 19 December 2012.
I then followed up with my order on 09 January and was told by Glenda that my order would be processed during the week of 14 January.
By 27 January, I still had not received by order and no communication - I then had to follow-up again, and was told, by Faith, that my order had been dispatched. Faith told me that I would receive my tracking number within 24 hours, which I did not. I then had to follow up again to get my tacking number, which I have still not received.
I called your office today, and your office is not open. Ridiculous!
I have stated in several emails, that I need to package by Monday, 4 February.
It is horribly evident that the package will not be here by then.
Why? Because of the lack of consideration you show towards your customers - yes, I realise that I did not purchase an iPad or laptop - but my business should still matter.
