Looking for the next heart attack from service lg

Six months ago i had a rep over to sort out a problem with my fridge water dispenser
took the part and went to go and order it by them in cpt
3 times the wrong part was ordered
then the rep took my part off and took it with to order the right part and i paid for the part

this problem is going on fir 6 months and i have spoken to 20 people about it
no 1 can help me and im sitting with nothing to show for this except a high phone bill agrivation and spending more on phone bills than what the part is worth
i really think lg service is so wonderfull if u want ur next heartattack
