I had a call from Telkom's call centre on the 16/09/2013 at 13:10pm and was told of the new telkom simple deal. I liked the package offered and applied for the package. at the end of the call I was told to wait two to three weeks to receive my line and packages which I have agreed to.
I did a follow-up call on the 02/10/2013 just to see whats the status of my order is only to find out that my order that I applied on the 16/09/2013 for was never processed. my order was only processed on the 02/10/2013 after me doing a follow-up call. I was then told they will mark my order as urgent and speed up the process so i wont be delayed any further and as frustrated as I was with the incompetence I still agreed. I called again today the 09/10/2013 just to follow-up again and spoke to a consultant that's arrogant and stating that my order will take about 2/3 weeks without taking into consideration that telkom is the cause of the delay. I was promised that I will be called by a manger which I highly doubt will happen. Should I the Customer do telkom's job in order for me to get what I applied for?
