Absolutely useless warranty repai

Bought a Samsung double door fridge which gave me problems from day one.
Samsung allocated MM All Electronics to come and assist. They came to my house three times and couldn't fix my fridge. After the last call, they indicated they would contact me with the next step - I have now been chasing them for weeks and nobody can help me. I keep being told ISHWAR will call me back, but he never does.

Don't buy Samsung, they don't seem to cover any warranty!
