Good day
It is with regret and disappointment that I write this complaint.
I have a simple problem that could have been solved without any fuss.
I am a huge Samsung fan. All my home appliances are Samsung. I have a fridge which is a year old and has a 5 year warranty. Two weeks ago my fridge stopped working. That's not the problem. I've been trying to get the fridge fixed through MM All Electronics with sad consequences. Customer is King is no longer the moto that companies strive for. Its been 2 weeks and my fridge is not fixed. I have had to constantly call the company as they do not give feedback. I waited 2 hours for first appointment and they did not show up. The call was then closed and nobody called me. I have to call them back. Now they are unwilling to change their route for a day to accommodate a customer. Is Woodmead that far from Bryanston that they cannot attend to my situation? MM All Electronics made me feel like I am asking a favour. I paid for this service, the least they could do is meet me halfway. This whole situation is just ridiculous. I cannot comprehend how this sort of service passes.
Please can someone from Samsung assist? Your brand is getting tarnished
