Bad service and no response

My husband bought a new phone in China and when he returned mid November we sent the phone in after being told by the call centre that we would be able to wait for them to reset and replace SA software on the phone. It have been 3 weeks now and no one answers the phones and Nicole promises to get back to me as they are wiaitng for an IMEI authorisation code from korea. Still nothing. I have called every day this week and even had to endure her manager shouting at her telling 'what the do you want me to tell the customer' I am absolutely shocked and disguisted at the service received.. the unprofessionalism from Samsung wiht an attitude of we own the market so why should we worry about customer service!!!
