Finally a service worth my money

I paid R4550 for an installation last year December with an installer referred to me by my neighbors. They gave me a 1 year warranty and I felt that this was good peace of mind. I called them back this year and they were no longer in business. Their number does not exist.

I saw this Bling bakkie in my area a couple of times so I called them to have a look at my installation. I was forced to go to a Makro and buy one of their vouchers otherwise they would not assist me. The only reason I bought the voucher from Makro is because I trust Makro because they are part of that wallmart American company now.

The Sales Staff at the Makro Edenvale store was really good. He simplified everything to me and sold me a R650 voucher which gave me an hour labour, call out fee and one year warranty (I checked with Makro and they confirmed that this company is already 4 years old and still in business). I was prepared to buy one of their other vouchers at R920 but the sales staff insisted that that would be "too much voucher" for me. Who does that in sales?

The installer came to my house and fixed the problem in 30minutes, No extra charge. My sat dish moved because of the weather.
