The service and products from samsung are shocking! Emails on the phone will no longer download, I have wasted several hours in a cell phone shop, several more hours on the phone to customer cares and done a factory reset having to reload everything. I was told to phone Samsung directly for assistance they told me to take it to a service centre where I was told I must go for a minimum of five days without a phone for them to assess and upgrade a two month old phone! I called Samsung back to tell them this is not acceptable I was given another number and was then told I must wait an hour and they will do it while I wait but I will lose everything on the phone and ALL apps will need to be loaded for a third time. For a phone that is two months old this is ridiculous!!
The screen also shattered with a cover on after only falling once off the couch onto a fully carpeted floor! This should never have shattered so easily especially with a cover on and the first time it was dropped!
They might replace the phone if it is a software problem but not a physical default with the screen I must pay R1000 to have it fixed. This is disgusting and unacceptable service and product support!
