Ridiculous Samsung Repair Centre

I have had many Samsung products in my lifetime and have always thought it to be a good brand, however my latest experience might turn me off from Samsung altogether. I recently upgarded my Mobile Phone (02/09/2013) to Samsung Galaxy S4. Supposedly one of Samsung's better phones on the market. Everything has gone well up until yesterday. All of a sudden, the display doesnt show anything. Phone sounds like it is working but no display. After trying pulling the battery etc, no luck and decided to take to Samsung Care Centre. More like uncaring centre if you ask me. They had to book a one month old phone in for repairs and it will take 7 to 10 working days to repair. Samsung should be ashamed that a one month old phone failed and should have offered to replace the phone. Thats how you keep a customer happy. So this leaves me with no phone, and a business that requires me to have a phone at all times. This is absolutely ridiculous. No loan phones available nothing. Basically Samsung telling me, We have your Money so who cares about you the customer and your needs. Utterly dissappointed and frustated.
