BER?? NO, ITS WORKING

I Have been in contact numerous times, trying to get some assistance from your PR people at CRAVING NOVITY. To no success!! My phone was reluctantly collected (after a month), your technicians 'SSS CELLULAR" assessed my phone on behalf of SONY (which took another month).. Which I was already disappointed about you not being able to assess it directly, Expecting you/they actually assessed my phone, I was upset when you said there was nothing that could be done, "I could toss the phone". Well its fixed and working, upgrade your technicians they don't have a clue clearly! As I told them, check the battery! Try replacing it? No, the motherboard was damaged beyond repair they told me! Sony also passed the buck! Don't you offer a warranty on a battery surely after 3 months its a faulty battery? CONTACT ME PLEASE IF YOU CAN?
