Waiting for a disk to arrive

I phone the samsung call centre about a problem we were having with the software for the S3 cell phone.
They said there was aproblem with the new version on the internet with XP, so they will send us a disc. They took down all my details and said it will arrive in 3 to 4 days. Two weeks later it still hasnt arrived. I then phoned the call centre again and gave them the ref number and they said there was nothing about sending a disc out???
