After being very disappointed in the way my cellphone was originally repaired, I would like to say that the manager Ryno at the Samsung Centre in Century City was very helpfull on Saturday, 23rd November. He kept us informed as to what they were doing to the phone and how long it would take. When he handed the phone over to us, he showed us that the problem was no longer there. My teenage daughter is very happy she has her phone back and it's in working condition.
