Galaxy S3 just died, takes ages to be repaired

Electronics and household app.

On Friday 15-Nov-2013 evening, my Galaxy S3 just died. At first we thought it was the battery since the phone is not switching on at all. On Saturday 16-Nov-2013 I took the phone to the Samsung store in Vodaworld Midrand, and after testing and found that the battery was not faulty, the showed us away to the Samsung Smart Care Centre in Weltevreden Park, Roodepoort. They also had a quick look at the phone and said it is a possible motherboard fault and that they will have to book it in, which we then did. They gave us a job number for follow up (SA80468). Also they advised that they do not have loan phones for the time being (BIG NEGATIVE). Phoned again today to follow up, and the phone is not close to being repaired yet. In the meantime I have to sit with one of my old phones on which I cannot do my work. It would be nice if Samsung can have my S3 ready before the end of this week!!! This is affecting my work, so please get the things sorted ASAP!!!
