I bought a Sleigh Bedroom suite in April and when they came to deliver, they didnt bring with the board that completes the bed as well as screws for the drawers. We made a few calls to the store and even had to go for them to come complete the bed, it was only completed after a week. even still they didnt bring enough screws and till now opening and closing theose drawers are still a problem.

after 2 months after delivery the holder underneath the bed broke and it was reported to the store and nothing happened, 3 weeks ago i went to settle my account and reported again and was told they will send someone to come and look at it the following day and we are still waiting, its 3 weeks later now.

i must say, your service when it comes to repairs its pathetic, its 7 months now after 2 calls were logged in and still no word. i want this issue sorted out, we cant take this nonsense anymore.
