Poor service from Bradlows

I bought suite - i.e. headboard, kist, dressing table and mirrors from Bradlows last year (2012) around May. I discovered that the drawers had factory fault in them. Without hesitation I contacted the salesman to alert him of the factory faults in the drawers. He promised to sort it out. I waited for three months and kept on visiting the store and the manager will assure me that someone is coming to fix the problem. Nothing happened until I went there in January 2013 to report the same problem. I got the same response: "We will send someone". After sometime, someone came to look at the problem. Instead of fixing it, they made it worse. Now I can't open the drawers. His argument was that it is not his area. I went to report that more than twice and still got the same story that it will be sorted out. Nothing has happened even today.
This is the bad, inefficient service I have received from Bradlows. When they wanted me to buy the product, they were so nice and efficient, and now that I bought it, they suddenly became inefficient.
