Bad repair service

Our 2 month old dishwasher broke and my wife logged a call at LG last week already.

Tuesday this week 8am a guy phones me. This is roughly how he started. "Hello Sir will you be there at 11:00". I didn't know what he was talking about. I told him this and he said: "It's for the dishwasher will you be there at 11:00". This is ridiculous, doesn't LG train their staff to at the very least provide the following: "Good day Sir, I'm phoning you from LG in connection with your broken dishwasher, I would like to arrange a time with you...".

And where in the world is it fine for the person providing the service to dictate the time. WHO WILL BE ABLE TO BE AT THEIR HOME AT A DROP OF YOUR HAT AT 11:00 A WEEKSDAY - we are both working! I expected him to at least ask "When is a good time for you this week".

My wife phoned him back and after he dictated to her when on Wednesday he will be there, they agreed on 12:30 for him to come. She actually phoned him again the Wednesday at 8:20 and asked if it is still fine for 12:30 and he said yes. He then phoned her at 10:20 to tell her he is on his way and will be there in a few minutes!

I should have bought a smeg - their service is fantastic
