Broken Dishwashe

Our dishwasher stopped working at the end of October, it did not clean the dishes properly as the water was cold. The heater broke. It was still under guarantee. We phoned AEG services, they logged a call. One of their consultants came to assist within a week. He then did not bring any equipment with him. He then came for a 2nd time where he replaced the mother board of the dishwasher which did not have any problems. The problem was still not resolved. He came a 3rd time and did not bring the correct equipment. He then said he will pass the problem to his manager. The manager Danie came and again did not have anything with him to fix the dishwasher.

He never ever returned. We have been phoning Danie and AEG and so far nothing has been resolved.
It has been 2 months that we do not have a dishwasher.

I feel this is unacceptable service and I will advise all people to never consider buying any AEG appliances as there after purchase service is horrible.
