No refund for a faulty repai

My laptop got water damaged and was sent in for repairs after I had to pay over R4000. The repair was not effective and I had to send it back after which I was told that the unit is deemed not repairable. I then applied for a refund, and have not yet heard anything from the day I submitted the documentation on 10 October 2013, over a month ago. No one is answering the phones or responding to my emails.
