Broken Laptop

Firstly, I'm not sure if this should go under the "Damaged Goods" heading as it would be relevant in that category as well.
1 June 2013 I purchased a Fujitsu/Siemens laptop to the value of R6000. Mid October it started developing hardware related issues (constant crashing, USB failure, webcam failure). As serious as it was, I thought that I would get a replacement as these many failures at once doesn't look like a good omen. They insisted that the machine go in for repairs, and on 22 October it was booked in. 30 October I was notified that I could collect and all appeared well for a few days when things started going wrong again despite components being "replaced" such as the main board and webcam. 7 November it went back, once again I couldn't get a new one and it HAD to go in for repairs. Today is the 27th, and I am still waiting.
So in summary - I bought a faulty laptop from Makro, they have my R6000 (which they will not refund), I have been without a computer for close on a month (which they will not replace), and I am forced to try and work around this through no fault of my own.
Hardly seems fair.
