Two weeks and counting to repair phone, no feedbac

I took my phone in on 2 November 2013 to the Samsung Smart Centre in Roodepoort for in-warranty repairs. After receiving no feedback from them I called in to see what the progress is around 5 November and was told that the phone needed a new main board which was on order and they could not give me a time frame for repairs. After still receiving no feedback I called in every few days with no updates. On 11 November I was told the main board arrived, but they could still not give me a date of completion. I was told "there was a backlog and they were prioritising walk-in customers". It is now almost two weeks that my phone is there and it is still not fixed and I have yet to receive a single call from them. This morning I asked for the manager and left a message for him (Rudolf) to call me back as it was just ringing. Needless to say I did not get the call so I called in again and left another message. Overall, exceptionally bad service received, with no concern for the urgency of my repair. I use my smartphone for business use and I have been stuck for the last two weeks - I still don't know where I stand.
