I bought a washing machine yesterday (29/1) I phoned customer care (dont-care) to assist with the error code displayed while washing. he suggested I make appointment for a repair call, and all I wanted is help with the error code as all problems were looked at. His response Take it back to the store you bought it from.
Now I know why everyone who saw my machine said "LG.. oh shoot.
