Laptop repair taking two months!

Laptop handed in at agents on 18 December 2012. Informed today that further parts will only be arriving in country on 14 February!!
This is after dubious diagnosis to which I predicted that after first attempted repair they'll be contacting me to authorise further repairs which duly happened.
Now I am expected to believe they have still not received the correct parts 3 weeks down the line with delivery dates changing all the time.
Total stuff-up.
