Pathetic Service

I have a LG - LOGIC TOP LOADER WASHING MACHINE. I need a part on the machine and phoned the customer service no whereby choose the option 2. i have been holding for more than 10 min without even answering. Then i phoned again choosing another option - someone picked up and as soon as i explained the problem she did not even bother to listen and transferred be back to " i do not know" the kept me holding again for more than 10 min. The washing machine i bought in 2003 and still going. I did not think i am going to get this PATHETIC SERVICE. from LG after the washing machine is still going. GOOD PRODUCT - PATHETIC AFTER SALES.
