2 WEEKS SINCE CLAIM AND NO FORMS RECEIVED

My house was burgled 3 weeks ago and 2 weeks ago I contacted Phone Choice requesting a claim form, I was greeted by the most obnoxious individual whom could not even give me a proper reference number for my call.
I was promised to receive my claim form with in 2 workings days or 24hrs, It has now been almost two weeks and no form was received, I contacted their call centre again and was told by another consultant that I have to "Bear with them" as they are experiencing back logs.
This is no help to me as a customer, I was burgled and I am paying for a service, why should I pay a fee to "BEAR WITH THEM"???
secondly I asked for an email address or to speak to the respective department incharge of claims and I was told that "THEY DO NOT TAKE CALLS"
I am extremely disappointed as I make monthly purchases from HOMECHOICE and I will not be purchasing again and I will not be referring any of their products.
All I requested was a simple form to be emailed to me... its obvious it does not take a rocket scientist to comply with these simple duties... they need to re-look into their employment strategies if they cannot cope with customer demands.
