I handed my Samsung laptop in on 5 November 2013 for a quotation with regards to the screen which has a black mark on (possibly LCD screen which is damaged). To date I have not received a quotation from Samsung. I deem this totally unacceptable. I called on 11 November 2013 to find out what the progress is to be advised that it is still with the technician. It does seem that they are understaffed as the receptionist also has a hard time keeping up taking telephone calls. Whilst I was waiting to be helped when handing in the laptop she was almost hyperventilating I wanted to get up and help her answer the phones. The job no. 172889.
