Repairs havent been done on my phone after a month

I booked in my Samsung at Online cellular for screen damage repair, I was told the it would be ready in 7 days. A month later I am still without a phone. I called 2 weeks ago and the lady I spoke to told me that they were waiting for the screens to be delivered anytime that day. a week later I called again and spoke to a different woman and she told me that they were still waiting for the screens from Johannesburg. I never would have taken my phone to them if I knew that I would be without one for an entire month and i'm not even getting a straight story. My sim card is smaller than the normal size sim card so it cannot even fit in another phone that I could have been using.
